We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Damages
We make it our duty to ship out wig orders in discreet, secure packaging. All packages include a tracking number. These measures are in place to ensure that your items are not lost, stolen or damaged. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the product is shipped out. For any damages and delivery issues please contact the shipping company. ALL packages must have signature for delivery, please examine your package before signing for it. You will receive a tracking number.
Ready to Ship Wigs & Bundles: 4-6 business days to processing and shipping.
Custom Wigs Services: 10-14 business days to processing and shipping.
International Order
You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges, Proud Hair USA's shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
Cancelations
Why did my order get canceled? We cancel orders when the customer’s Billing Address and Shipping Address are different. To protect us, we have to cancel the order.
